SHIPPING AND RETURN
Shipping / Tracking: We ship worldwide using reliable carriers (Omniva, DPD, DHL). All orders are provided with a tracking number.
Shipping Insurance: For high-value items such as our glass vases, full shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost. This covers loss or damage during transit to ensure your investment is protected.
14-Day Return Right: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days to return an item for any reason after delivery.
Fragile Item Returns: If you return a fragile item (e.g., a vase), it must be returned in its original packaging and packed with the same level of care as it was received. If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging, a refund may not be issued.
Damaged on Arrival (Crucial):
Since our products are fragile, please inspect the package immediately upon receipt.
If the item is damaged, you must contact us at hello@haeunkim.com within 48 hours.
You must provide photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging (including the shipping label) to process an insurance claim.
Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
